Cancellation Policy

Dumpster Rental Cancellation Policy We understand that plans can change, and we strive to provide flexibility for our customers. Please review our cancellation policy below: Changes to Rental: Customers may modify their dumpster rental (reschedule or adjust the order) up to 48 hours before the scheduled drop-off time at no charge. Cancellations: Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled drop-off will not incur any fees. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled drop-off will be subject to a $40 cancellation fee. Same-Day Cancellations & No-Shows: If the dumpster is already en route or arrives at the location, the full delivery fee may be charged. If you need to make changes or cancel your rental, please contact 208-521-2268 us as soon as possible to avoid any unnecessary fees.
